From this page you can download the remote connection for Microsoft Windows XP™ which allows you to connect to C Web Design.

Instructions:

  • Click on Download Now . . . to the right
  • Click on Save button

  • Save cwebdesign.pbk to your desktop
  • Double click cwebdesign shortcut
  • Click Connect

 

  • Enter your username and password (this will be sent to your email address when requested)
  • Click on connect when instructed to do so

Remote Support Notes

To make remote support from cwebdesign work there are a few things that needed to be check,
  • You have a password on you user account that you log onto your computer with
  • Remote Desktop in enabled
  • Personal Firewall in not blocking PPTP protocol
